This two-day workshop with Richard will combine a powerful alignment Vinyasa practice with a focus on Shoulders & Hips Openingprepare for arm balance and inversions, using a clear understanding of optimal alignment techniques to master advanced poses and challenging vinyasa transitions. Students will also learn how to use blocks, straps, chairs and other props for restorative therapy, as well as to prepare the body for deeper, safer challenge.

Yoga for Healthy Hips. A look at the dynamics of the hip joints and how a more conscious yoga practice can both prevent hip injuries through better stability, and open the hips on a deeper level. Also learn how daily habits can affect the hips and hip flexor muscles.

让瑜伽带给你一个健康的髋。从解剖学角度来观察我们的髋,如何更有意识的练习可以避免髋关节受伤同时得到更好的稳定性,并加深开髋的程度。同时学习日常习惯如何影响到你的髋关节和髋屈肌。



2肩膀是通往心灵的大门 9am-12:00pm

Shoulders as the Gateway to the Heart. Shoulder-opening postures are the key to better backbends, inversions and vinyasas (including sun salutations). But they can also affect everything from wrist pain to proper breathing and even our emotional state. We will learn the power of shoulders to access the heart and to stabilizing postures like chaturanga dandasana.

Turn Your World Upside Down. Inversions give us fresh perspective on the world, and empower us to achieve our fullest potential in life. They are a vital part of the awakening of the body and mind that is the goal of Hatha Yoga. This class will focus on core strength, balance, courage and is the culmination of the three previous classes, which are designed to prepare the body for a series of powerful inversions.

倒立颠覆你的世界。倒立给我们一个全新的视觉感,并能够使我们完全实现生命中大的潜能。他是保持我们身体和思想的觉知性的重要部分也是哈他瑜伽的目的。这个课程会更多专注在核心力量,平衡,胆量,并且也是前三天课程综合的一个顶端,也是为了准备的一个序列到今天的力量型的倒立。
